The organizer and appointed referees reserve full and final authority over all game management and rule interpretations. Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these decisions.
Participation Eligibility Participants must be at least be leagal age of enroll in tournament in country he/she is enrolled as of the date of the tournament. Participants who are at least 15 years old but under 19 years of age must submit a participation consent form signed by their legal representative parent or guardian. In addition, the legal representative’s consent may also be required for prize collection. Participants must be residents of the countries/regions where the tournament is officially held. Residents of countries/regions under international sanctions or restrictions are not eligible to participate. Participants must be the legitimate owners of the game account used in the tournament. Account sharing or unauthorized use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited. Employees of the organizer/host, partner companies, or any individuals directly involved in tournament operations are not eligible to participate. Players or teams with a history of official sanctions due to unfair conduct (e.g., cheating, impersonation, or substitute play) may have their eligibility restricted. Participants must provide only accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the competition. Providing false information may result in immediate disqualification.

This tournament can have 1 player(s) per team. No substitute. Team names and logos must not contain offensive, insulting, or copyright-infringing content. If deemed inappropriate, the organizer may require the team to change them. The team roster may not be changed after Apr 03, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Exceptions (such as injuries) may be allowed only with prior approval from the organizer. Each team must designate one (1) team representative. All official communication and decisions will be conducted through the representative. The representative also bears partial responsibility for ensuring that team members comply with the tournament rules.

All participating teams must complete online registration within the designated deadline and finish check-in at least [specified time] before the match begins; failure to check in on time may result in forfeiture. Players must arrive or connect to the match venue online at least prior to the scheduled round/match start time, and all equipment setup and in-game option adjustments must be completed before match. During the match, intentional delays or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. The in-game pause function may only be used in cases of approved reasons such as technical issues or emergencies, and the team must immediately report the reason to the referee; pauses may be limited to a maximum of [time] or [number of uses] per team. In the event of a disconnect, the affected player must reconnect within [reconnection time limit], and the match will resume according to the prescribed procedures; intentional disconnections may be considered cheating. After the match ends, the [team/player] must report the result to the organizer or referee within [time limit], and in case of score disputes, supporting evidence such as screenshots or replay files must be submitted, with the referee’s decision being final.

Cheating and unsportsmanlike conduct are strictly prohibited, including the use of unauthorized programs, exploitation of game bugs, match-fixing, collusion, substitute play, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or destructive behavior. Depending on the severity of the violation, the organizer may issue warnings, enforce match forfeits, impose immediate disqualification and prize forfeiture, ban participants from future tournaments, and pursue legal action when necessary.

The tournament uses Fortress W, but all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights belong to Creta, and the organizer makes no ownership claims. The organizer will comply with any applicable tournament guidelines or community licenses provided by the publisher. The organizer is not liable for personal losses or damages incurred during participation (such as equipment failure, internet issues, or injuries) unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Participants’ personal information will be used only for tournament operations, prize distribution, tax processing, and promotional purposes, and will be securely managed in accordance with relevant laws and the organizer’s privacy policy; registration requires consent to data collection and use. The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules at any time due to unavoidable circumstances such as legal changes, game updates, or force majeure, with prior notice to participants.
By registering for the tournament, participants permanently grant the organizer and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from their name, team name, gamertag, photograph, likeness, voice, match footage, and statistics (“player image”) for promotional, marketing, broadcasting, and other related purposes, including live streams, recorded broadcasts, news coverage, and social media content. Selected teams or players must participate in official interviews, media events, and photo or video sessions upon request, as such media obligations are considered an essential part of the tournament. For matches with official broadcasts, participants may not stream or rebroadcast the game on personal platforms without prior approval from the organizer, and additional requirements such as mandatory broadcast delays may apply.
